Blood and Wine is the second major expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The players will accompany Geralt of Rivia to the region of Toussaint, one of the few places in the Witcher universe which has remained largely untouched by the war. The calm, laid-back atmosphere holds a dark and bloody secret that only the White Wolf can uncover; the expansion features brand new items for us to collect on our adventure and also introduces previously unknown characters.

The new region looks nice but feels empty at times. Quests lack the usual polish and some bugs persist. Overall it did not live up to the hype for me.
Solid content but not as groundbreaking as expected. Exploration is fun though the pacing slows in places. Voice acting remains high quality throughout.
Great addition with beautiful visuals and engaging side stories. Some quests drag a bit but overall worth it. The new mechanics integrate well into the base game.
This expansion adds so much depth to the world. The new area feels alive with quests and characters. Combat and storylines keep you hooked for hours.
It adds content but the pacing drags in several sections. Some new features are underutilized and the ending left me unsatisfied. Technical delivery was fine but the overall package feels average.
The DLC brings some interesting elements but didn't fully live up to expectations. The new area looks good but exploration can feel empty in spots. Performance was stable and the key worked without issues.
